Production Supervisor

One of Ireland''s leading meat manufacturers are looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor to their team.  Reporting to Management your duties will include:-

• Produce all products to agreed specification
• Implement Health & Safety policy
• Ensure all raw materials, ingredients and recipe''s are always crafted to the specified standards
• Ensure a continuous production of quality products
• Imply a continuous use of Quality and HACCAP programmes
• Source, train, develop and manage all staff
• Ensure all SOP''s are followed and updated where applicable
• Provide regular reports and issue KPI updates to Management
• Continuously achieve service requiements to customer needs

Experience Required:

• 2/3 years experience in a similar role in the food industry preferably in raw and cooked meats sector (essential)
• Experience of boning operation is essential
• Qualification in food science (essential)
