Operations Specialist (EMEA)

Role: To ensure the successful collection and management of Sales Territory and commission assignment data and providing first level support to Sales Representatives.

Duties will include:-

Provide support to Sales Managers, Country Managers and Sales Representatives relating to sales systems
Running reports for sales intelligence and forecasting
Checking commission files against territory files to ensure accurate payments
Delivery of training on operation procedures and systems
Resolve issues and queries
Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal support groups
Update and maintain Operations internal websites and portal
Document reports
Collaborates with the Sales and System Operations team members - ongoing

Experience Required:-

Highly computer literate (essential)
Excellent Excel skills (advanced essential)
Knowledge of Sibel CRM 8
Excellent planning, organising skills and ability to prioritise workload
Enjoy working in a pressurised environment
