Warehouse Supervisor

€30k - €35K DOE + 10% bonus

 Dublin 10

Our Client is currently seeking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor to join their expanding team, reporting to the Warehouse Manager your duties will include:-

• Ensuring all daily tasks are carried out by warehouse operatives whilst adhering to regulations
• Organise and plan daily work flow and labour to ensure timely despatch of stock
• Ensure correct paper work leaves with stock from warehouse
• Liaising with transport on a regular basis
• Monitor daily health and safety issues
• Manage returns efficiently
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to management
• Warehouse and fridge temperature monitoring
• Route planning all orders

Experience required:-

• At least 3 years experience in a warehouse supervisory role
• Previous experience supervising warehouse operatives
• 3rd level qualification in Supply Chain
• Experience in lean management
• Experience in coaching and developing a team
• Knowledge of financial and change management skills
