Due to the nature of the assignments involved, candidates need to be highly skilled as they must possess the ability to hit the ground running. The candidate needs to fit seamlessly into the assignment and be able to pick up the work straight away.

TempO temps provide clients with short term solutions to their employment issues. In some cases, temp assignments can progress into permanent positions. The duration of temp assignments can vary from a day to a number of months.

Temps can be hired for the following areas:

• Holiday or Sick leave
• Maternity or Paternity Leave
• To help with increased workloads
• To overcome head count issues

TempO candidates who we place in temporary position can be individuals who are returning from travelling or from a period out of the work force. They can also be people who like the variety of assignments that temp work provides or don’t want to commit to full time employment.

 


  • All temp staff are paid on a weekly basis and each week you will complete a timesheet with each day that you worked and the number of hours you have worked to the nearest quarter hour.
  • You will receive holiday pay for all days that you are entitled to, up to a maximum of 20 days a year. These can be paid to you whenever you want.
